Even if you go vouchers, the department of education (or some other similar agency) would need to oversee the system and ensure all schools fall within certain national standards.

Federal money cannot be used to fund schools that either don't teach students or ones that allow hate groups like La Raza to run their schools.

It's obvious the current system is not working and needs to be drastically changed though.
